In the name of pandemic they stopped increments. We need to get 1st year increment in dec they made it dely till feb then pandemic started and stopped whole year increment. When reached to management no response they are still working on it from more than 6 months

...ovement in hgs from one process to other process no proper training is provided. Salary and career growth is worst. Hiring 2 yrs experienced people by offering 20k+ and giving existing employees who r working in hgs for 2yrs is 14k. When we prob this question to management they say it as business statistics. They are simply not valuing the employees in hgs.

Except salary satisfaction, everything is awesome and a desired company to work for, I always like it. Growth opportunities and justified hikes will also be good for skilled folks.

HGS is a best company for freshers we can learn so many things without pressure, for hinduja global solution not only company's growth also employees knowledge growth is also more important it was a wonderful experience in HGS a company like a family

.... Working environment is good.supportive staffe.i don't like the cafeteria food.about salary i will say ok. About bonus little unhappy.but overall i like to work with HGS.Thank you.

There is some little politics i see in language. Provide Salary is good but very slow hike in salary. Festival gifts and something from company expected.but it not happening.cafefiria food quality need to improve with decent price. Thank you.
