Salary is good for even diploma holders. My salary at the time of leaving ,30000 ctc

One thing you can assure that Job is not secured Actually there is a group of pharmacist from different domain including M pharmacy,B pharmacy and D pharmacy So there is a very tough competition to survive because people from different domain try to suppress each other as a matter of shame. That's what I dislike about this company Even management wants to get the solution of that but it is a tricky situation to combine all employees together. Because all employees have to do the same thing

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address out issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Sad thing is dat ppl have to work in night shifts for long time without any rotational shifts.
