No lifts at few plants and it is a main discomfort for employees..

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

...p fails, lacks empathy towards team members, decision lacking, blame culture. 4. Salary increments and promotions less compared to other peers.

1.Work-life balance was good since beginning of the project but recently we acquired one more project with the same strength in numbers. 2.Do hard work, management will give you promotion without any blockers. 3.Complete job security will be provided and training will be given to the bench candidates on new adaptive technologies 4.Overall company culture is good. 5.Company politics are there if you search with microscopic view.

Dislikes

The salary will never be adequate to what amount of work you deliver. On an average, the salary is 40-50% less compared other big service based MNC's
