It's good and friendly atmosphere to get to know the work and also for learning. There will be no delay in pay and they will provide incentives based on work

Salary scale is less when comparing to other companies

No micromanagement as far as day to day work is concerned, salary structure is good (from a taxability perspective)

Middle management has responsibility without authority (no say in performance ratings/promotions of their team members), Performance appraisal & feedback process is non-existent, difficult to locate internal support resources (e.g. HR, Finance), Work-life balance is terrible

Great organisation to work with a team of 300-500 users with lot of innovation and creativity with expertise in all levels around you to boost all the time. How virtual management is working fantastically here is an another amazing thing, where leaders learned to manage people from different location daily basis in a smooth run. If you want to become a competent management person, this is the right place to work.
