Salary hike was concern but as rhe company was going through bad condition if was considered

Unique people culture and leadership. Managers and directors know the nuts and bolts of the process and systems. So they can understand the challenges and difficulties faced by subordinates. They don't force anyone, only challenge the subordinates, that too reasonably.

...nvironment like American companies. Process wise quite rigid policies to follow. Not a pay master, mostly single digit hikes. Promotions also take minimum 3-4 years.

Work Life balance depends on team to team New hires are doing micromanagement. Advice to trust your employees and not to do micromanagement for employees who are committed for their work
