The new joiners get a good and more salary as compared to us who is working in the organisation from 5-6 years

... would like to inform about injustice being done to teachers in Narayana school. They recruit teachers on urgent basis and force them to start working immediately but they don't pay salary for first ten days as it takes minimum ten days to get access to biometric device. New joiners come to know this only after getting their first salary. My dear innocent teachers before joining Narayana make sure that your are paid from the joining date

.... If you are hardworking, teaching is your passion this is the platform for you. From getting 3200 as my first month salary to earning around 3200 in a day, it just took 3 months. As long as you are honest with your work, your job is secure.

Dislikes

Paying hourly is both boon and bane, where it gives motivation to earn extra by teaching an hour, it is equally demotivating, taking a week off and not being paid for it. I think it should provide the paid week off to its employees.
