.... If you are hardworking, teaching is your passion this is the platform for you. From getting 3200 as my first month salary to earning around 3200 in a day, it just took 3 months. As long as you are honest with your work, your job is secure.

Paying hourly is both boon and bane, where it gives motivation to earn extra by teaching an hour, it is equally demotivating, taking a week off and not being paid for it. I think it should provide the paid week off to its employees.

... The support we get from the team mates and the operations are really helpful. We get salary on time . The moto is to work hard to earn hard. I have been here from a long time and the experience I got makes me feel confident . We dont have any co workers contact or group . And it creates less fuss

My only concern is the growth in Planet Spark...tutors who give 100% should be recognised & basis pay per class should be increased...Parents nowadays ask us not to pressurize kids with extra sparkx & activity centre games..wherein our bonus gets affected to a large extent
