Be mindful that if you join TEAL chances of switching any company is less, they tend to speak/armtwist the hiring HR not to hire from people from TEAL. Also moving to any other Tata company is also not possible as they won't release you for moving out. TEAL has already informed Tata electronics, Gabriel, Tata Smartfoodz to not hire current employees. You have to obey everything what superior says. Sunday works are compulsory if asked to. Managers will peep into your personal life's. Managers won't bother reviewing during drawing release stage, take credit if it goes well and blame you to senior managers if it's goes wrong. Managers don't know how to behave. They will bodyshame you. Managers Often comment about others during tea breaks. TEAL has deviated from TITAN culture long ago. Titan Corporate should be aware of what's happening in TEAL. Titan corporate should investigate why there is such a high attrition rate only in TEAL. Teal is getting plagued by cheap minds.

...n SoftwareAG from past ~3 years. I had best ever experience with SoftwareAG w.r.t to learning especially new technologies, lots of onsite opportunities (short terms), compensation. However, it depends from individuals to individuals but for me it has been a fantastic experience so far. :)
