The Peeple, The culture, The leadership visits with free food :), Work satisfaction at least in finance teams, and Occasional ethnic wear :), these all make the Deloitte best. However, I know the culture may vary from team to team, but if you are able to find a good team, you are all sorted.

Dislikes

The hikes are not that good, and last year bonus was also not that great.. Hope this will improve in coming years.

In order to be recognized and keep your job, you always have to be best in the competition, and this has huge impact on your personal life (wellbeing)

Deloitte have a nice office to work. Company culture is good and you can internally move to other roles also if the work in current team get monotonous. Manager generally focus on your work and they do not want you to sit after office hours if you do not have work.

Pay structure and promotion cycle can we improved. Otherwise nothing as such.

Work timing was not ok. For my 1.5 year in one project, with 12hrs of work, still they didn't provide any R&R for my contribution. A lot of politics.
