At the current stage with a Bachelor's and PG degree, and now with 2 years of experience the salary is still lower and the growth trajectory of the income graph is stable and smooth. So it feels stagnation when after 2 years it should feel a thrilling and challenging experience.

...vironment and culture. There is a hige cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics salary is decent and good but career growth is slow on the job traning is not given to new joinees.

Tech Mahindra has done a wonderful job during this pandemic. Where other companies were looking to do cost cutting and reduce employees due to no business, TechM secured everyone's job just like TATA always do. I'm really glad to be a part of this organisation.

There is nothing that i dislike, being a part of Sales Team, pressure has to be there and i was made aware about it before i joined. So it all goes well.

Alot of politics , favouritism, after good stack ranking no appresal, Management and last but not the least stupid people with no knowledge are getting hike and good people with skills and knowledge regarding job are leaving the company. Tp is really a reputed company with such a good process but due to the politics the people this process gunna shut down one day .. and it's gunna lead a huge impact in employee.
