Contract period and no promotion on performance for the contract Engineers.

... Electrical Engineer to O & M projects in Hyderabad division I am very happy. Especially I liked the salary Punchvality in sterling. We can confidently gives commitments to any body regarding money in our personal life because on sterling salary will be credited as on before 2nd of every month. As a overall company is providing good career, Compensastions and benefits but it will varies from permanent employees to contractual employees.

Dislikes

Taking into permanent roles of contract employees tooks long time even after proven and for eligibile candidates also.

In RECPDCL working environment is good, teammates are supportive in nature.

In RECPDCL job is not secure. Salary increments is not enough.
