Working as a contractual employee is good enough as long as you don't see your future beyond the job contract agreement , which you have signed at the time of joining and extensions (if any).

Good work environment, supportive management. Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but no career growth.

No social life only work. Posting in remote location. Not good for contractual employees.

Power erectors is a small organization. where we have opportunities to learn more on ground level to Top management for example Team management,planing,Client co-ordination,billing,material reconciliation.

we effort our best to Powererectors, but company did not provide me salary what I expect.
