1. Skill development and learning is very good here. 2. Company gives all the facilities to his employee. However middle management ruined most of them.

Dislikes

1. Middle management. No knowledge about work just politics. 2. Performer don't get best salary hikes and promotion 3. CHAATU people get more salary perks than a deserving candidate. 4. HOD and department heads are there for their own state personnel. 5. If you take a detailed data, you will find that most of down line employees are from HOD's state of residence.

In existence company Cipla, salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Salary comes in time and alternate Saturday is holiday, food in canteen is subsidised.
