Compensation is decent but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high . and I am diploma apprentice training and I don't know for permanent chance

Salary is not enough of Diploma apprentice trainee.

Safety and environment policies are good. Leaders good and supportive. About pay scale they should improve and should give accomodations like pf and esi for the trainee also, from that trainee also feels safe.

Management doesn'nt address our issue, after the contract if trainee was good in work they should hire for the company, they ashould also give incentives like pf and esi for the trainee also.
