There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but carrer growth is slow there is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Subros is a big company. It has good value in market.

Salary is comparatively low compare to other companies people have been working for 6 years and there salary is only 22 to 25 thousand

Safety and environment policies are good. Leaders good and supportive. About pay scale they should improve and should give accomodations like pf and esi for the trainee also, from that trainee also feels safe.

Management doesn'nt address our issue, after the contract if trainee was good in work they should hire for the company, they ashould also give incentives like pf and esi for the trainee also.
