Good work environment and the culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good transportation facility is very good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

Safety and security provided to women should be really appreciated, it is a good platform for gaining experience in corporate world for freshers, it is a foundation for our career growth. All rules and regulations are strictly followed by every employee of the organisation. During this pandemic situation , company still providing all sort of safety and support needed to every employee .

Nothing much to say about dislike, only one thing which I personally felt is basic salary could be little high for freshers and the yearly appraisal could be better than what they have now.
