Everything, first of all there is no security for the job, less salary and more work There was bond for 1year and the process came to end and they removed us I thought to build an career in 24/7.ai, but I have wasted 15months here in this company

... Work environment is good. Nice campus, cafeteria and pantries. People are nice. The problem is only you will get less salary. Except that best place to work 🙂!

Salary will be less after you get an experience too. No hike as expected.

...o have organization s globally such as Bangalore, Chennai, Philippines, Dallas . Salary, hike, incentives and ecop varies with the we are assigned for. And to get incentives and ecop need to meet client and floor target. That means, our salary depends on how we perform daily as there will be survey for customers once the chat ends. It is completely night shift . For every 3 months shifts along with weekoffs changes. Works 24/7 no holidays. However consider holidays as compoff(can take extra leave when needed) 2 leaves per month, 2 offs per week, 8 hours login.

Dislikes

Will have lot of work pressure as there will team scores everyday(depending upon the process, it changes) They don't even provide any vouchers for team outings. Growth is slow

I have learnt many things from my higher officials and they are friendly. I have developed my communication skills.

I have worked and maintained my scores but due to my tool issues my salary has reset and I am getting the basic. This has been discussed but haven't resolved.

Safety and security provided to women should be really appreciated, it is a good platform for gaining experience in corporate world for freshers, it is a foundation for our career growth. All rules and regulations are strictly followed by every employee of the organisation. During this pandemic situation , company still providing all sort of safety and support needed to every employee .

Dislikes

Nothing much to say about dislike, only one thing which I personally felt is basic salary could be little high for freshers and the yearly appraisal could be better than what they have now.
