I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

Good work life balance and compensation benefits.

Dislikes

Biased promotions and appraisals along with project allocation.

I like it's Learning and Development team, their training programs, good salary package, soft skills and other activities are great

Dislikes

It's more client specific and no proper communication by TA on the next steps if you're on bench, less attention on employees retaining and variables in the salary are quite confusing

Work life balance and Payscale with Multiple variable Pay

OT rules and Regulation if you want to claim your Ot you must have completed atleast minimum 4 hours then you can claim your OT else you can’t if you stretch your self for 1-2 hours due to project requirement there is no compensation for that

Culture, they skill up thier employees, great leadership and mentorship

Compensation is not upto the mark
