Work life balance is awesome in here, until you'll reach Managerial positions. You'll get good salary as per your work, it's more Iike if you know such thing you'll do only those things. So on that basis you'll get good salary. Not much of a skill development through Project but if you're willing to upskill you have lot of learning materials as well as professional certifications too. Company regular organize fun events, it's just you need to take part in it else you'll be filled with work only.

Dislikes

Promotion are terrible and on top of that the percentage hike was awful as they can't even beat inflation. Start your career from here is good but staying here for long period of time you'll miss good learnings, you won't be able to upskill so much(until you wanted to externally). Learn good things from startups and if you're carving for stability join CTS after 12-15 YOE.

Genpact as a company has great roots and culture. The working environment is great for juniors, since the managers try to provide a platform and offer help whenever needed. Genpact offers good learning opportunities by designing trainings from time to time for all it's employees. Although it is a service based company, and clients play a significant role in the workload, the managers do their best to see to it that employees don't get over burdened with work.

Dislikes

While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.

...ia and spend time reading but they keep music on which is distracting sometimes. Salary is always on time. DLF building also has Table tennis and volleyball.

I was part of a process in which during winter season the workload got significantly reduced due to which we had lot of free time. So during that free time I wanted to read newspapers and articles on laptop to keep myself updated and stay engaged in something which unfortunately was not allowed due to IT security policy. That's the only reason I had to leave apart from that everything was fine for me personally. I have 1 star to work life balance because I worked in Night shifts which effects you work life balance. You feel sleepy on weekend day but you are awake in Night like a OWL. You cannot go visit a market or chill outside because it's dark. You cannot go to Park or Mountains at odd hours. Well this is just a personal opinion for some people Night shift works. night shift becomes a problem on weekends when you awake in Night and you cannot go out.

Amex is the best company I have ever worked with, work culture, flexibility, compensation, management etc everything is superb

Amex few HR's never reply or help, when Amex ex -employee want to rejoin Amex they should help them by providing support & feedback needed. They should reply on time.
