Company does not offer place to muslims for Namaz because they think none of the religion should be practiswd in office. You won't feel to work in office after looking at culture

Salary growth was low in my process Tvl, Appraisal were also similar. No future scope

Very good work culture, office parties were always fun, all shifts are UK shifts only so night shifts, does not have to work extra hours.

Dislikes

Very less salary as compared to other companies, no hikes or bonus in covid time, no opportunity for growth.

From training period to floor on work its was wonderful experience, I like the environment of the office, very disciplinary work assigned.

For me salary was bit low when am joined.

Too much work load as compared to the salary. Need to be in office prior 30 minutes of shift start time and should be logged in on all the applications. And need to log out at the accurate shift end time and during the period if you get work hitted at the last minute of your log out time you must extend until it gets finished. No compromise. Hence, the company is facing more attrition issue.
