...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...talking about support team I.e Sushma’s team…siji,Ravi, and 2 new are added now. They are not the leaders they are rulers, who eats the employees salary and zero on their skills… When you talk about the last 5 year data most of the employees left the organisation by this 2024, due to Sushma…she is a cruel lady..

An another world to live far from your personal hours. Among peers this is one of the best company to work with. Caring, helpful, and always try to balance you out there . Regardless to any company you need to work and perform to get notified to get next level..

Though competition to see yourself grow. Compensation is comparable and you need to be on your strong belief to get recognise. Otherwise all good...

The job security, work culture and compensation structure is very good. As a female candidate the company was always concerned about my safety and even the payment structure was not at all gender biased. As my first job it offered me a lot of learning opportunities with a lot of investment in my training. Though FMCG sales profile involves a lot of local traveling but knowing this we enter in this industry.

Dislikes

Didn't spend much time so can't describe this but as per my observation, since it's old established company, profile growth within the company is comparatively slow.
