I am working in corporate salary department and work culture is horrible, RM's don't know the simple process, they don't have any good corporates and they tell you to do cross sell, how will happen if RM's don't bring good corporates, don't join this bank and ruin your career

This is a very good organizatio.

The organization is very good, they give annual appraisal and salary increments, but no growth facility in seniority, Normally the work pressure is high, which is real everywhere, but. every season time I have worked 12 to 16. but no avail, because I has done other people's work, There is no training facility for freshers and senior executive asked us to educate them,which is very painful during doing regular work, but there all of my team members including state office team,are helpful natur.which is very good at all, because they are addressed to us for every hardness.

I don't like log in and log out system of IndusInd..Salary hike very less as well as very late processing..

No trening given to employee. Too low incriment in salary. too much politics and pore work environment. It's different to manage work life balance
