Really good place to start your career with. You'd not feel like you're stuck at some deadend job that sucks The time I spent here was quite good, we had lot of fun Even the seniors are quite helpful Our managers and VP use to engage in fun activities with us.

Work life balance is very poor.. Mgmt demands for a lot of work in comparison to your pay ... No growth opportunities in Finance Accounting and Reporting. Lack of documentation.

Work culture is good. Perfect company to start your career with. Compensation is also fair.

...portunities are limited to Insurance sector only. Otherwise everything was good. Slow growth in terms of compensation although promotions are too good.
