Everything depends upon the reporting boss only. No HR periodic HR Counseling to know the mentality of employees and their satisfaction to the current role. And for life safety l, company is providing free insurance policies to it's on roll staffs.

Salary growth and appraisal is not satisfactory. Work environment is not up to the mark.

...gement is transparent. Thare is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Thare is lot of political and the management doesn't address our issue.
