Mumbai HQ is quite Peaceful only if your manager is from another city. Salary for intern convert into full time on Delhivery payroll only

Micromanagement. Manager is dumb to handle team. Attrition is at peak. Forces to resign during probation without specific reason. No job security no promotions till 8 years. Cross border team leaves due to no business and silent lay offs.

There is a lot of politics. There is a bond of 1 year which you cannot resign.

Bad manager and Too much politics My manager Tanveer Maldar, Food and Beverages EU manager, is a sadistic person who loves to make fun and disrespect associates (like me). Made the work environment toxic and difficult to work in. He has an unfair habit of only keeping the good quality leads and giving all the bad leads to associates. He will also take up your revenue if the client is from EU

Good work experience I’ve got in there. Management are supportive and transparent. Teammates are really supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in there. Salary is decent but appraisals are not fair. There is no adjustment in the shift rotation.
