No outings No good appraisal Inside Politics Hint: Once you entered into NB as a client advisor, you have to achieve targets every month because we are selling flats which worth crores, what management think like we are selling vegetables and it's very easy to do...Where they don't know the ground reality how a sales guy is facing lot many situations to solve the clients queries.... If you are not reaching the sales target in 1 month then you will recieve a PIP mail to prove yourself on next month if not you are out of the system 🚨So beware of Nobroker

overall company is policy of payment on time salary is provided incentives are good if you are able to sales. Reimbursement not on time but its on monthly basis you will get paid.
