...ironment and culture Teammates are Supportive and the managment is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a of 2 year before whcih you cannot resign On the Job training is not given to new joinees

Vivo is a good company and the salary and other benefits are extremely good. Teammates are supportive. You will get the stress taking skill and u will learn patience.

Dislikes

As it has sub branches in every region the administration from the head office is very difficult. The internal managerial people in sub branches are worst. They are not supportive they will not encourage. Just to save their jobs they will push down their team members. As a sales team one should forget his family just to work for vivo. Honest feedback the managerial and the internal people who must appraise and train the team members only will push down us .
