Good work environment but some new employee are not good. Culture is good. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of policies and management doesn't support employee. Salary doesn't groth and career growth is slow.

Good pay scale with higher appraisal than most banks.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture some other institution managers came and destroyed the work life balance to junior employees. Time of office is 9:00am to 6:00pm but they release you after 8:00pm.

It's Customer friendly bank. You'll get higher cash deposit limit , unlimited ATM transaction in Bandhan ATM.

Dislikes

Lot's of paper work, slowly slowly digitally growing. Existing staff Salary is very low.

Bandhan Bank not given insensitive cost cutting many employees reimbursement than given some reimbursement that is issue .

...agement is transparent.There is a hung cefeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.On the job training is not given to new joiners.
