Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Here you can work life balance and learn many things even company providing you multiple learning platform where you upskill your self

Here salary is low in compare to other equivalent MNC and incriminating is also low but other benefits like job security are great

I have been in this company from last 1.5 yrs. come to work culture, work premise is good all the employees are cooperative and respectful will feel pressure free and healthy work life balance. Management is a moderate problem solver. so far i did not see any lay off or fire on employee during this corona pandemic.

Dislikes

Need to revise some leave balance policy. my opinion would be its good if providing compensation for accumulated leaves at the year end instead of lapsing. company has to bear renewal charges for CPC logins of employees, hence every coding organization is doing the same.
