Excellent work environment with flexibility Very supportive colleagues Lot of learning opportunities No toxicity in my team I am in a dev role , experiences might be different with any other role specially support role.

You can have a good work life balance. You have a lot of time to learn by yourself.

The promotion and salary hike is terrible. You wont learn anything in tcs internal projects. You can learn If you were luckily added in some good development project.
