1. Salary 2. Scope to learn and apply it in project. CTS provides access to Udemy where we can enroll into courses as much as we want, but our team faced lack of opportunities to apply them in project.

No one ask you anything. If your work on track. There are plenty of projects. So job security is favorable.

...is sep to oct. So if you joined after septemper you will get hike after 3 years. Salary is not up to mark. Very low in the market.

Obviously you are LTI is paying Advance Salary of 90 days but what if the employee wants to continue for long in the Org. Also, without even giving a single opportunity to prove him/her self with an Interview, the employees is asked to resign after 70 days of Bench Ageing. Agreed that keeping employee on Bench and paying for long doesn't work and its a loss for the company. Instead you can change some policies like Half Pay after 60/70 days of Bench Ageing. Consider a scenario when its a freeze time like Nov-Jan where the Openings are very less in the market. Also, the Client are not ready to sign any contract with LTI due to freeze time. In such cases, the candidate will become jobless from both sides. Everyone has so many commitments to handle.
