Here working is according to hours. Managers will always keep poking that your billable hours should be 130/140/150/160. Micro managment is there. Work and closing pressure is here in BDO Rise Lot of politics If you are not manage’s favourite and working is not much good they will keep you on pipl and will fire you.

The HR and hiring managers are pathetic at hiring people with the right skill set
