...iphi as a company is giving a good compensation as compared to others in market. The freshers package is really good. There are quarterly parties, no micro management specific to my project.

Dislikes

Are more client oriented. Could be a project issue where we never say no to client. Laterals are hired but yearly hikes are between (5-9%) which is nt really fair. Freshers who joined at 8LPA would get either get 10,20 or 30 % hike and in few years would reach closer to 3 years experience guy as he is a lateral who joined and is getting less hike.

Worklife Balance and Skill Devlopment like tannings in various technologies and certification like AWS, AZURE, GCP

Salary hike and promotion sometime got delayed

Salary structure and every year increment is very good compared to other companies. Work Life balance and Technical growth is good .

Manager driven organization, Job security is also very less as they do not maintain bench strength.

...ill get to work on all new technologies and giving time to learn and implement . For right candidate salary and perks are no concerns but you need to be directly in touch with directors or VP.

Managers are just meaning less, you have to be directly touch with directors or VP, else managers will ruin you carrier will support only there regional employee . Few area like UI team has only south people, they don't even select non tamil or noth side people .QA has given unnecessary upper advantage in company . And directors level politics is clearly visible to employee . Here people got promotions not because of talent but because of being in company for many years or because of his buttering talent .Many people who not deserve for architect role but still they are sitting and ruing the project .
