Company not care about their employee now a day, giving very less anual bonus which is around 4% and even promotional increment is also 10%, once you on bench and decline more than three project offer due to night shift or due to location you will get hr show cause mail which may terminate if not provide proper justification, also they did not compensate me for relocation for the project.

They pay well as compared to competition for freshers. Hikes are better . But lately cognizant also choosing the path of other MNC

Yearly hikes . Concentrated work . You'll working in one tool that's it no growth

Good work life balance, Growth of the employee also very good

... HRs will contact employee and putting pressure on employe to forcefully resign. But they give 5 months full salary for the employees. After resignation

i was into production support so for me i got to learn many technology at a same time.

in terms of salary the hike and promotion are not much appreciated.
