The salary and perks were good. The infrastructure, the office location were good. Nice cafeteria also.

There was no scope of learning and growth. Very toxic work environment with zero work life balance (that may be differ from manager to manager also, I can't say)

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

... Growth is done only whn IJP comes that too if we move to other team if not our Destination remain same * Having no hike in salary * Having no any gifts/Vouchers or Sweet box to the Employees for Dasara or Deepavali Festival

Appraisal and job security are two negative point here. I joined here as hybrid work model after some month hr told me nothing hybrid here you need to do wfo if not agree then look another job.
