Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

The work culture is not that great, but not bad as well so for a smooth going work and if you are in search for a smooth process work, then it’s a good company.

Dislikes

The dislikes would be especially the salary given. The increment which is as equal as nothing. Worked here for more than 2 years but no such difference in the salary.

Excessive large infrastructure giving you a very positive mindset to start working. Great learning opportunity for every domain. Lots of exposure.

Growth is slow interms of work, promotion and compensation. Not upto the market standards.

1. You will get good hike when you come here from another company. 2. Provides internet allowance. 3. Provides you cab if your project allows 4. Managers and Senior Managers are too good

Dislikes

1. No extra benefit other than salary 2. Very poor hikes 3. Very less learning opportunities 4. They dont give you WFH even if you dont have anyone from your project from your location. They will still ask you to come to office 3 days a week.
