It's like a government job in many projects, you can keep on working for many years without much worries. Your job is secured unless you make a blunder mistake. If you are close to the boss or the management you will become a King

... for more than three months you better look for a job. You can be fired any day. Not a good company in terms of pay hikes. Mostly not more than 20% gets a reasonable salary revision after the annual appraisal

Lot of opportunities to Learn, Great work culture. We look forward for Mondays to go to Office and meet colleagues and take up new challenges.

Bonus, Salary Hike, Appraisals, Promotions are a myth.

It's a good company to learn and gain insights. But they won't let your salary grow and you have to keep hustling more even in the same pay. Not so large presence else where to let you join in a different location

No hike even after working double than what you could. You'd realize the hikes are quite late and hold no value
