More salary package is offered for the outsiders than people who are struggling in Mphasis for more than 10 to 15 years.

Free to work, There is no pressure on any individual. Culture oriented.

Coming to compensation, i feel little disappointed. At max appraisal i got is 5%.

Mphasis is a great place to work, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. My managers and trainers was very supportive in each stage of learning.

Salary is something that I keep hearing which is not satisfactory as a result increase in Attrition.

Few flaws but overall a really good organization to work. Great interms of job security and career opportunities.

Dislikes

Can do better with facilities, transportation and compensation break down at the time of hiring.

Its a very good learning platform for freshers Work station was very beneficial with all the necessary requirements to gain product knowledge. It was great experience working with Mphasis.

There was nothing like it is not proper according to me but I think interms of salary there was little issue hike was less that's it
