IQVIA is one of the best organization for clinical research. People can work in a shift if it is approved the manager if you are working in shift the transport will be provided to you. For general shift, they provide you with bus from thane and Borivali stations to Gcorp. Work in decent depends on your manager and team. They have some yoga programs and Zumba programs for the employees but hardly people participate due to the workload and strict TAT.

...nce you are expected to work on weekends sometimes and also after working hours. The company won't pay contract employees for overtime, they do pay permanent employees depending on the department you are in. I would be lying if say there is no politics and it's all sunshine and roses, it's all same everywhere anyway. Our manager used to call us contractors even though the work which we were doing was the same, it was humiliating sometimes. You need to share your desk also the chairs are not comfortable. In the end, I would say it depends on your team and the manger.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but can be better during role changes for internal candidates, excellent training material available, but adequate time mostly unavailable to complete trainings. Many systems, analytics tools available but not much time available to implement the available systems effectively.
