Compensation is decent, and growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometime , I have to work 11 to 16 hours straight in the day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Pay is average and training is great but slow paced and spread out

Salary structure not good improve There is a need to do this because if one is giving his time to the same company then one should think about it for a good employment.
