It's a good company in providing experience in diverse fields of LPO operations. One can expect to work in all streams, such as litigation support, legal research, contract management, etc. Work hours are longer than industry standard. Employee engagement programs are just average, but good thing is that these are there at least. Mobile phones are allowed in the work area which is good. Salary & compensation are just below par but pay is regular and on time which is very good.

Nothing to dislike as such. Infrastructure is where it needs improvement. Good canteen facility is a must for any corporate, where Mindcrest lacks pathetically.

...d contract instead they fire the previous batch and again hire new candidates. HR is rude, lies and doesn't even know what is the salary cycle if asked. Even the guards will treat you rudely. Or you can join see it for yourself.

The work environment and learning opportunities were apt before remote working. Decent and timely pay.

After remote working the work-life balance is almost nil. No criteria is followed for promotion, unless buttering is considered an important job skill. You might be working for 60/65 hours a week and might not have a job the following week, so the thrill and adventure is real if you are someone looking for a real life adventure.
