Good work environment and culture.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

(1) Sanand location is far so 5 days working needed, 6 days working become hectic. (2) Middle management is poor. (3) Few people got promotion based on favorite person not based on skills. (4) Indian MNC, so having less feeling as MNC

Very challenging projects. Excellent r&d team, very good learning opportunity. Very good management. Company is growing very fast globally. Acquisition of new companies in recent past to acquire new technologies.

Dislikes

They give much better compensation to new comers for the same experience. Long service at secure will give many advantage but at the cost of average compensation.
