-- No promotion opportunities. - Don’t understand onsite challenges. - Unreasonable, unlimited, and unrealistic expectations. - Vulnerability to contract termination. - Poor communication with clients by managers, which ultimately pressures employees to meet unreasonable client demands. - Unnecessary IT compliance; the laptop is more of a liability than a facility. - No activities or wellbeing programs for employees working on client sites. - Consulting at client sites feels like a glorified clerk job. - As per my view, there are hardly any visionaries in the organization. Even higher management primarily talks about business and money without considering the impact on the team, the project, and the client. - Besides money, if the firm thought a bit more about impact and wellbeing, outsourcing could become true consulting.

Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

Good work environment and culture.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Very good company, but the pay should be better. Work life balance depends on the team you are in.

Much less pay than the Market slab. Long working hours, no overtime allowance whatsoever.
