I think on floors management should maintain more professionalism as the team leaders and executives all work very unprofessionally and also use abusive languages there should be some ethics management should provide training to team leaders managers how they should talk to other employees , Thank you !

...om for gave me job opportunity. I had a amazing experience in policybazaar.com. The hr policies of this company is great and in the pandemic situation this company was provide the salary and incentive payout within the time and without even cut of single penny amount. . As I already mentioned this company is great as per hr policies and working hours but as i want to share some points that I won’t like. Upper management is not helpful like senior managers they always think that agents are no human values. They pressurize the agents for work in offical holidays and give the unnecessary tasks to employees for their process target . They only think about thé targets not for their employees. In this company all agents, team leaders and assistant managers are very cooperative but the upper management is not good.
