Amity is a brand name, more like a corporate culture. It's purely 5 days working, salaries been paid on 1st on month itself, flexible in office timings also, better infrastructure, working and sitting is good. Specific to Amity university Gurgaon, it has many in-house Faculty accommodations, sport's complex etc.. Open interactive culture. Amazing work place. Many opportunity to meet interact with global persons, academicians, celebrities etc.

...zed and no clarity on this. Pay it's own slab which is more like negotiate best. Not following even proper 6th pay scale for many and some are been paid even more than 7th pay, with out any criteria. More control of non teaching team over the teaching professionals. Many many persons from defence on Senior position. Job Unsecurtiy is one more issue for which no clear critera

Each of us works for decent & timely pay, so Amity provides you with timely payments. The university focuses on development p& research papers, so if one is keen on writing it surely adds on.
