Got to learn many things as a fresher specially in terms of technology as there were continuous project going on. Number of leaves are actually more as compared to other organisations

Less in terms of pay scale. No work life balance. Very less opportunities to explore.

Very good learning opportunity. Good stock options and competitive compensation.

Dislikes

Lot of unnecessary politics and favouritism in Chennai office. Work life balance is pathetic in most of the teams. You can find lot of engineers working at 11 PM everyday.

...ulture is really good. The teammates are amazing. A very good place to work for. Compensation was good.

Dislikes

Less opportunities to travel abroad. If you are looking for this, you might get disappointed. Learning was good depth wise but it was difficult to have a broad knowledge on other things. Nothing on the innovation side.

It's was my first to a promising career in IT. I am greatful to Css Corp for giving me a chance to jump start my career. All the people I have met became my friends and would miss the company for ever. Bottom line is CSS on the best for employees satisfaction.

I wish the company to increase their payscale to the new hires as comparatively it's salary is low
