...reshers to get proper industry experience. therefore my exp was subpar/average. hence the pay is not competitive to other bank like JP Morgan , GS ,etc although some of those are hedge funds.

Salary and benefits are pretty good but it comes at a cost!!!

Manager/Team lead/BA are not reachable Or supportive. They will expect you to know the business without providing any KT for the same. As a developer, you can fix any technical issue but for the business flow you need their help, this is where they are least interested to provide any kt but will expect you to know every business flow!!!!!

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive, Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
