Salary is low as per other Companies. You need to check whether the project you are joining to a good project or not. Else you will not get any leaves on time, less salary hike, will force you to over time without over time bonus sometime. Specially your lead can do a lot mistake..regaring your Shift timing on system & all. So you need to be little conscious.

...portal as well as Icici app. to fulfill their banking service need. Icici is no. 1 bank to paying employees salary on time and any incentives or extra amount like pf, bonus etc. that belongs to the employees will get credited to employees account at any how soon, Icici will not keep the employees amount on hold.

Overall a good company. The culture is really great and salary always comes on time. Job security is also good.

Dislikes

Appraisals are hard to get and not much to be honest. Skill development is also not possible as you are working on the same position for most part of your tenure.
