Work life balance is good. Great chance to upskill yourself by getting various trainings and membership to premium platforms like Coursera, Udemy and Pluralsight. Get one cloud certification reimbursement per year. Keeps employees updated with training related trending technologies like generative AI.

As a fresher you may end up working for the same position and on same salary for long period. I have saw the freshers(who have done graduation from BCS, BCA) who joins Capgemini at CTC 2.5 LPA and after 3 years was on 2.75 LPA. So as a fresher you might stuck in this. You might get selected for technical role but after you may end up doing support task(For fresher's who's first company is Capgemini).

Manager was very supportive they encouraged us to keep on learning and give our best. No extra hour of work we need to do. Incase of any doubt my lead and manager used to help us understand every single details of why and how we are going to fix it.

Salary and promotion is very slow

As a fresher you will get good oppurtunity to work on it & they will groom you a lot

...s to work on Saturdays later they habituated & demanded a lot work in Saturdays. We struggled a lot & worked for the project but didn't got good variable pay & hike.

For me not giving salary hike as per my payable work for last 3 years but it depends on projects to projects and manager's not a company issue.
