The company is good they care our employee. very well cultured provide proper training and manager listen each and every concern and figure out how to resolve. top level management also appreciate new idea and innovation. 5 day's working culture. overall everything is good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is deci but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 4 year before which you cannot reding .on the job training is not given any to new joinees.

Work life balance is awesome in Amazon,but according to career growth wise it is very terrible.

appraisal doesn't depend upon your performance,what they try to do is, they want to bring same level position members to same package.if you package is high and your performance is also high then they give you less percentage hike and for less package people they give high hike and bring them to same package to me.
