There is no work life balance you have to stretch back and work as per the senior. You compensation and growth depends on seniors feedback If u wanna grow be nice to seniors even though u don't like them, be in office until they finish their work.

The team is good. Salary and perks are okay

Dislikes

Too long working hours(13-16 hours a day) No support from management Only focus on client work doesn't care for employee health and personal life Bad work-life balance

It's the best place to start your career with. The company provides so much of opportunity to it's employees and the re hire policy is really good. There are lot of things to learn in this company and The company also provides really good facilities for their employees

Dislikes

The company gives a decent compensation to it's employees and also during the season time the work pressure is really high.

Work life balance.. Even thought sometimes the busy seasons are crazy

Compensation I feel is not up to the market standard

EY has A wonderful culture and is very empathetic, especially the team that i was in was super supportive in need and made the work place lively and work friendly.

Dislikes

...reational activities like family day, sending goodies and presents for birthday and etc considering it a cost cutting plan, which i think was something employees would look forward to and when discontinued employees did feel bad.
